Refund Policy

Limit to refunds

Faulty or damaged products

If a product is defective or damaged, customers may be entitled to a refund replacement, at the discretion of the Management of Pti Kazye.

 

Incorrect orders

If a customer receives the wrong item or the entire order is incorrect, a refund may be issued, at the discretion of the Management.

 

Missing items

If a customer does not receive a specified item in their order, a refund for the missing item can be requested.

 

Service quality issues

If there are issues with the quality of the food or service, the Management of Pti Kazye might offer an alternative, such as replacement or a credit. 

 

Dissatisfaction

Pti Kazye may offer a refund or exchange if a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, subject to the customer raising the issue with the Management immediatley.  Subsequent complaints will not be considered.

Proof of Purchase

Customers may be required to provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation) to initiate a return or refund. 

Pti Kazye and Firefly Developments Pty Ltd reserve the right to modify their refund policy at any time.  They may make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any significant changes to the policy.
