Understanding Our Terms & Conditions

Booking and payment

Deposit

We may require a deposit to secure reservations, usually 50% of the total estimated cost of the booking.

Payment Methods

We accept cash payment in either Seychelles Rupees (SCR), US dollars (USD $), UK Pounds Sterling (GBP £) and Euro (€). Cash payments in a currency other than SCR will be subject to a foreign exchange commission at the company's prevailing rate. In addition to cash, we accept credit and debit card payments including Visa, Mastercard and Union Pay. We do not accept American Express ('Amex').

Balance Payment

With each reservation, the remaining balance in full is due two days before the event.

Cancellation Policy

Notice Period

The minimum period for cancellations is two weeks, at the company's sole discretion.

Refunds

Cancellation prior to two weeks before a booking will be refunded in full. Cancellations within two weeks but more than five days before the booking will incur a penalty of 25% of the booking cost. Cancellations within five days of the booking will incur a 50% penalty. Cancellations on the day of the booking will result in the total cost being forfeit. In each case, an administration fee of SCR 1,000 will be applied.

Entry and service

Entry

The Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service, including but not limited to intoxicated guests or those not meeting dress code requirements.

Dress Code

For daytime customers (up to 6pm), dry beach or swimwear is acceptable but must fully cover the chest, buttocks and genitals. G-strings are not permitted and no swimwear is permitted after 6pm. At all times, customers sitting at tables indoors or at the bar are required to wear a shirt or t-shirt with shorts, trousers, skirt or sarong.

Service Refusal

No refunds will be given if entry or service is refused.

Liquor and Food Policy

Drinks or food purchased elsewhere must not be consumed on the premises.

Liability

Property Damage

Pti Kazye and Firefly Developments Pty Ltd do not accept responsibility for any theft of, loss or damage to guest property unless demonstrably as a direct result of the company's negligence.

Events beyond our control

Pti Kazye and Firefly Developments Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., power outages, acts of God, etc).

Indemnity

Pti Kazye and Firefly Developments Pty Ltd require guests to indemnify our business against certain liabilities (e.g., acts committed by their own negligence).

Pti Kazye and Firefly Developments Pty Ltd assert or has licensed the rights to intellectual property related to its website, apps and content.

Use of Material

No unauthorized copying or distribution of intellectual property belonging to Pti Kazye or Firefly Developments Pty Ltd is permitted except with the directors' explicit and prior written consent.

Linking

Linking to the Pti Kazye website is permitted with the consent of the company directors.who must first approve any re-framing or alteration to the website presentation.
