Meet your host

Born and raised in Mahé, Lindsay is one of five Seychellois brothers who were brought up to take pride in hard work and a job well done.

​

His 30-year hospitality service career began during his teenage, where he soon started perfecting the art of making amazing memories for others.

​

After training in Monaco, he spent a total of 15 years as a college lecturer at Seychelles Tourism Academy, sharing his knowledge and passion for impeccable service with our country's next generation of food and beverage service professionals. Along the way, he spent four years teaching in the Caribbean, as well as overseeing multiple restaurants and bar outlets in a luxury hotel resort and managing its hundreds of staff.

Today, after decades spent helping others to reach their goals, Lindsay, who is fluent in English, French and Seychelles Creole, is achieving his own. Opening Pti Kazye is the fulfilment of his long-held career dream.
